The Address for the sale will be released at 8am Friday morning. At that time, the gates in the community will also be opened. Once you see The Address, head on over & Find Kristina! She will be outside of the house wearing a yellow Find Kristina t-shirt! Give her your name before you park to be placed on The List! The List will determine the order of entry into the sale at 9am. First to arrive, first inside! If you plan on arriving after the doors have already opened, there is no need to sign up on The List. Simply wait in the back of the line. Parking will be neighborhood parking. Please be considerate to neighbors & do not block driveways or mailboxes. The driveway for the sale will be for loading only. Customer limit into the sale will be determined on the morning of the sale. Please bring extra bags. If we need to limit the number of customers into the sale, we ask you only purchase what you can physically carry. We can assist you leaving the sale when you are done shopping, where you can then use our holding tables and get back in the line. When the customer limit portion of the sale is complete, you will be free to come and go into the house as you please. Name tape will be provided for larger items that you can not carry. Name tape is ONLY for larger items. Place your name tape on the large item to claim it. We can assist moving and loading all larger items. Delivery is available as well. Please reach out for details.
