Three Estates One Location Warehouse Sale Appleton by Peacock This sale is at our temporary warehouse which is also a residence. You may park on the front yard but please don’t block the driveway. You may also park on Edgewood Drive however please be aware that it’s a very busy road.

The sign up sheet will be out 1 hour before sale start time on the first day of the sale.
You may place a marker in line to hold your sign up spot
however if you leave the premises (you may wait in your vehicle) those who spend the time to stay may bump you to the end of the line.
We are not responsible for monitoring your line marker or any other discrepancy to this procedure.
Reduced prices start Saturday at 9:00am with everything priced $50.00 and under will be 50% off except precious metals. Anything over $50.00 will be negotiated
We accept Cash
Local Checks and Credit/Debit cards (Minimum purchase of $10.00 for all credit/debit cards)
All sales are FINAL and all items are sold AS-IS. Please TEST all electronics prior to purchasing. If purchasing larger items/furniture please bring help to load.
Peacock Estate Services and all Peacock Estate Services Workers are NOT responsible for any injuries while on the premises.
Please be respectful of the home
the contents of the home as well as the other visitors at the sale. No running
pushing or arguing will be tolerated. If you choose to be disrespectful in any way
