Martha had it going on... Please, follow the Estate Sale signs. Parking is ample for large crowds. The home is in the center of the park. Martha passed away last year and this collection has been crafted to sell her fabulous collection of items. Most of the items come from her but some from her mother and grandmother. Martha’s estate collection began coming together toward the end of November 2025. The collection includes an extensive array of vintage and antique pieces, many of which had been passed down through generations—from her grandmother, and then to her mother. Due to the sheer volume, her son was understandably overwhelmed and decided that several hundred pieces would be sold as a single lot. I knew Martha personally and can attest to how meticulous she was. She maintained her collection with great care, and to the best of our knowledge, very few items—if any—show chips, cracks, or dents. Quality and condition were always important to her. Martha had a particular love for glass, and we believe many piece originated with her grandmother, or at the very least, her mother. It reflects both the family history and the careful stewardship Martha applied throughout her life.
